My wife-who is white-can’t understand why I find panhandlers abhorrent. She’s kind at heart and has never had a panhandler spit at her or call her a nigger when offering them money.

Her want to help beggars used to cause arguments between us but now, when we we see a panhandler, she sneaks them change when I’m not looking and tells me to STFU when I do catch her.

It sucks that I’m now conditioned to feel that all white beggars are racist, but after years of paying them to make me feel like shit, that’s the way it is and probably forever will be.

Fuck ‘em.
